Pattaya City aimed to improve public services by integrating digital solutions via LINE Official Account (@PATTAYA CONNECT).

The challenge was ensuring a seamless and secure connection between users and municipal databases. By designing an intuitive UX/UI and implementing essential services such as complaint filing, real-time traffic updates, hospital appointment bookings, tourism information, and etc. The project successfully attracted over 1.5 million followers (friends), enhancing citywide digital accessibility.
